The Windies were blown away in the last match by India's clinical performance. First Rohit Sharma and Ambati Rayudu guided the team to a massive 377-run total.
This was followed by a top-class bowling effort in which both Khaleel Ahmed and Kuldeep Yadav bagged three wickets each. The Windies collapse also included two run outs of their better batsmen.
After being stunned by the visitors in the 3rd ODI, India came back strongly in the last game. They plugged a couple of loopholes and brought more balance to the side by picking Ravindra Jadeja and Kedar Jadhav in place of Yujvendra Chahal and Rishabh Pant respectively.
There are not too many changes for the Windies to make from here on as they have been performing exceedingly well with more or less the same combination. They must take the 4th ODI as an exception and try to come back strongly in the final match of the series.
For India, there is one choice to make: whether they want to persist with Ravindra Jadeja or bring back Chahal. This could be decided keeping in mind that the pitch at Trivandrum may not have anything to offer for the left-arm spinner.
