The 3rd T20I of the three-match series between India and South Africa will be played at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.

After the first match of the series scheduled to be played at Dharamshala was washed out and India made a statement at Mohali in the 2nd T20I to ensure that they cannot lose the series from here on, South Africa now have to come back and draw level. It would need them to play out of their skin in Bengaluru for the third match

It was quite evident in Mohali that South Africa, in the absence of some of their key players like Faf du Plessis and Imran Tahir, lacked the depth needed to capitalise on the situations. Apart from Quinton de Kock, they do not have the needed firepower in the batting line-up as David Miller has been struggling for a couple of years now.

With the ball as well Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje have pace but the faster it comes on these flat Indian tracks, the faster it goes back. Spinners Bjorn Fortuin and Tabraiz Shamsi are not wily enough to trouble the Indian batsmen.

India's there top three Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan and Virat Kohli are looking in imperious touch. With Rishabh Pant, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja, the team has sufficient firepower to chase down scores in excess of 200. Deepak Chahar and Washington Sundar also made an impact with the ball in the last game.

South Africa will have to pull off something special to beat India in Bengaluru.

Let's have a look at the probable playing XI of both teams:

India- Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Washington Sundar, Deepak Chahar, Navdeep Saini

South Africa- Quinton de Kock, Reeza Hendricks, Temba Bavuma, Rassie van der Dussen, David Miller, Andile Phehlukwayo, Dwaine Pretorius, Bjorn Fortuin, Kagiso Rabada, Anrich Nortje, Tabraiz Shamsi
