Ravindra Jadeja picked up 7 wickets for 42 runs and helped wrap Australia innings at 113, leaving India with a target of 115 to win the second Test match.

During the second innings, Rohit Sharma started off very well. He smashed 31 runs off 20 balls. KL Rahul disappointed as he was dismissed for 1. Cheteshwar Pujara and Srikar Bharat then took the responsibility of taking India over the line. They scored 31 and 23 not out to take India home in the 27th over with 6 wickets in hand.
