Tigers XI lost their previous match against Bulls XI by a small margin of 8 runs.

Bulls XI batted first and scored 126 for 8 in 20 overs. Jay Pandey and Vikneshwaran Marimuthu started off well and collected 74 runs for the first wicket partnership. Vikneshwaran Marimuthu scored 56 off just 44 balls. He was brilliant in finding gaps and in running between the wickets. The rest of the batters couldn't really convert the starts they got and as a result, Bulls XI managed only 126 for 8 in 20 overs.

During the chase, K Aravind and R Ragupathy started off very well. They stitched an opening partnership of 54 runs. R Ragupathy made a run a ball 48. Just when he looked to tee off, he was dismissed. Paras Ratnaparkhe made 23 in the middle order but consumed 25 balls for the same. The Tigers XI innings never really gained any momentum and they were restricted to 118 for 8 in 20 overs, losing the match by 8 runs.


Current Form Tuskers XI:

Tuskers XI lost their last match against Sharks XI by 20 runs.

Sharks XI batted first and posted a modest total of 135 for 7 in 20 overs. Mohit Mittan was their top run scorer as he smashed 57 off 51 balls. The rest of the middle and top order failed miserably and couldn't really give in a fight to the Tuskers XI bowlers. Nitesh Thakur N bowled extremely well and picked up 2 wickets for just 18 runs. On the back of his brilliance, Tuskers XI were able to restrict Sharks XI to a small total.

During the chase, Tuskers XI lost R Ayyanar early on in the innings. N Thennavan and Priyam Ashish collected 56 runs for the 2nd wicket partnership. Priyam Ashish made 29 off just 19 balls. He hit 1 four and 3 huge sixes. After he was dismissed, the momentum was disturbed. A Kamaleeshwaran made 23 off 30 balls but he couldn't really play counter attacking shots to keep Tuskers XI in the game. Tuskers XI were eventually restricted to 115 for 9, as they lost the match by 20 runs.
