Cricket TV - India Win Champions Trophy 2013 Opener - Cricket World TV

In the first of their ICC Champions Trophy 2013 cricket discussion videos, John Pennington and Chetan Narula look back on the tournament's opening game between India and South Africa in Cardiff.

India, inspired by Shikhar Dhawan's maiden ODI century and a slick performance in the field, beat the injury-ravaged Proteas by 26 runs to give themselves the perfect start to the tournament.

India posted 331 for seven with Rohit Sharma also scoring 65 before South Africa, despite Ryan McLaren's unbeaten 71 and AB de Villiers' 70, were bowled out for 305.

The pair discuss their thoughts on the match, India's performance after losing the toss and having to bat in tricky conditions, where next for South Africa and look ahead to tomorrow's clash between Pakistan and West Indies.
