Middlesex v Glamorgan
Middlesex 263 (Holden 45, Hogan 4/78) & 247 (Roland-Jones 72, Hogan 5/86)
Glamorgan 137 (Finn 7/71) & 243 (Humphrey 75, Harris 4/56)
Result – Middlesex won by 130 runs
Middlesex wrapped up the victory here at Merchant Taylor's with a day to spare. They won by 130 and this will see them keep the pressure on towards the top of Division 2 in the Virtual County Championship.
Glamorgan played the price for the first innings with the bat and it was that innings that cost them this match. Humphrey made 75 but ultimately Harris's 4/56 was far more important to his team.
Worcestershire v Durham
Worcestershire 180 (Ali 50, Whiteley 47, Rushworth 4/72) & 301 (Whiteley 62, Leach 49, Coughlin 4/67)
Durham 231 (Harte 74, Tongue 6/97) & 252/7 (Burnham 88, Trevaskis 60, Coughlin 56, Leach 4/62)
Result – Durham won by 3 wickets
Durham earned a vital win late on day 3 by chasing the 250 they needed. Worcestershire were well placed but managed only 100 more with their last five wickets which proved crucial to Durham's chances.
Burnham, Trevaskis and Coughlin were the heroes of the run chase and this win is vital in the quest of lifting Durham off the foot of the table.
