8 teams will compete in the CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge Division 1 2023, as they gear up to make the best use of match practice ahead of the upcoming ODI World Cup.

Boland, Dolphins, KwaZulu-Natal Inland, Lions, North West, Titans, Warriors and Western Province are the teams participating in the competition.

The 50-over tournament will be played in a single round robin format with all teams slotted in a single group. Every team will face the other seven teams once in the group stage, followed by the Final.

The CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge Division 1 2023 kicks off with the clash between Dolphins and Boland on 16th September.

Lions are the defending champions of the CSA Provincial One-Day Challenge Division 1 after they beat Western Province by 62 runs in last year's final.

Temba Bavuma, Kagiso Rabada, Rassie van der Dussen, Reeza Hendricks, Kyle Verreynne and Wayne Parnell will be seen in action in the competition, which will serve as great practice ahead of the ODI World Cup.
