The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) has cancelled the contract of senior batsman Darren Bravo following his outrageous remark on the board.

Recently, the 27-year-old was denied a central contract by the board with the WICB president Dave Cameron reasoning Bravo's decline in average in the last two years as the reason behind it.

However, it did not go well with the Trinidadian as he went to the social media platform Twitter to question back Cameron.

"You hav been failing 4 d last 4yrs. Y don't u resign and FYI I've neva been given an A contract. Big idiot @davec51," tweeted Bravo.

WICB's director of cricket Richard Pybus reprimanded Bravo for his comments directed at the WICB president and further urged him to stop using the social media platforms to bring any disrepute to the WICB or West Indies cricket team.

Meanwhile, Bravo has been replaced by Dave Mohammad in the West Indies One-Day International squad that will take part in the tri-series in Zimbabwe.

Apart from Mohammad's inclusion, the selectors have also added Devendra Bishoo as the replacement for Sunil Narine, who had withdrawn himself from the series due to personal reasons.
