Delhi Capitals collapse leads to Kings XI Punjab winning by 14 runs in IPL
Delhi Capitals won the toss and decided to bowl against Kings XI Punjab at the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium, Mohali, Chandigarh today in the IPL.

Result – Kings XI Punjab won by 14 runs
Batting first, Kings XI Punjab scored a par total of 166 - 9 with David Miller 43, Sarfaraz Khan 39 and Mandeep Singh 29* the main run scorers and Chris Morris 3-30, Sandeep Lamichhane 2-27 and Kagiso Rabada 2-32 doing the magic with the ball for Delhi Capitals.
In reply, Delhi Capitals got off to a poor start with Prithvi Shaw out first ball of the innings. However, Shikhar Dhawan 30, Shreyas Iyer 28, Colin Ingram 38 and Rishabh Pant 39 brought them back into the match and the Capitals were cruising to a seemingly comfortable win 4 overs out, at 144-3 – then it all fell apart for them and, in the space of 17 balls , Delhi Capitals lost 7 wickets for 8 runs, with Sam Curran 4-11 (inc hat trick) in 2.2 overs and Mohammed Shami 2-27 inspiring an unprecedented collapse by the Capitals batsmen.
