Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Canada will square off against each other in the Desert Cup T20I Series 2022 from 14th to 21st November.

A total of 14 matches will be played in the Desert Cup T20I Series 2022 including the 3rd/4th play-off and the Final. All the matches will be played at the Al Amerat Cricket Ground (Ministry Turf 1), Al Amerat.
Oman Cricket will host Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Canada for the T20I quadrangular series at the Oman Cricket Academy grounds in Al Amerat from November 14th onwards.
All teams will play against each other in a single round-robin format, before the top two teams take on each other in the Final on 21st November.
Oman National Head Coach Dileep Mendis said “We would like the national teams of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to get good exposure by playing against stronger teams. There are not many matches with other international teams for them. So, we decided that it will be a positive step to get them to play against us and Canada. Though our national team do not have an immediate international assignment as we have completed the ICC World Cricket League 2 engagements, we would like to have our boys in good form and in match-playing mode.”
Oman and Saudi Arabia will be up against each other in the first match of the competition on November 14th.
