A maiden One-Day International century to Ellyse Perry, and career-best ODI figures of 5-17 from Jess Jonassen helped Australia take an unassailable 2-0 Rose Bowl Series lead against New Zealand in the second Commonwealth Bank ODI at Karen Rolton Oval in Adelaide today.

Perry's unbeaten 107 helped Australia to 7-247 batting first, with Alyssa Healy (46) and Beth Mooney (42) providing valuable support.

Two early wickets to Australia had New Zealand 2-26 in reply, but 47 to Sophie Devine and 37 to Amy Satterthwaite kept New Zealand in the game.

A brilliant spell of spin bowling from Jonassen however turned the game on its head as she claimed the key wicket of Devine, and in-form batter Katie Perkins (12), before finishing off the tail to help Australia claim a 95-run win and take an unbeatable 2-0 series lead into the final match in Melbourne on Sunday.
