Fujairah Pacific Ventures won the toss and decided to have a bat first. Waseem Muhammad scored a breath-taking 70 off 27 balls. He set up a great platform at the top of the order and Yasir Kaleem provided the much needed finish in the death overs to take the total to 135 for 4 in 10 overs.

Chasing 135, Vriitya Aravind played the anchor role as he reached 37 runs in 28 balls. However, a slow approach meant that the required rate was always climbing up. In the end, Sharjah Bukhatir XI were restricted to 95 for 3 in 10 overs, losing the match by a margin of 40 runs.

Result: ECB Blues won the match by 34 runs.

ECB Blues won the toss and elected to have a bat first. Ateeq Ur Rehman was promoted up the order and he didn’t disappoint one bit. Rehman stayed unbeaten at 32 off 23 balls to ensure that his team reaches a decent total. An important hand by Laxman Manjrekar in the middle overs propelled ECB Blues to a total of 121for 6 in 20 overs.

Chasing 121, Dubai Pulse Secure lost early wickets and were reduced to 43 for 4 in the 7th over. Bilal Cheema played well for his 26 off 13 balls but it went in vain as Dubai fell short by 34 runs.

 

Sharjah Bukhatir XI vs Ajman Alubond:

Sharjah Bukhatir XI 128/5 (10 overs)

Ajman Alubond 133/2 (9.2 overs)

Result- Ajman Alubond won the match by 8 wickets

Ajman Alubond won the toss and elected to bat first. Vriitya Aravind put on a show as he smashed 71 off just 34 balls. Kashif Daud played a cameo of 36 off 12 balls in the death overs to take Sharjah Bukhatir XI to a total of 128 for 5 in 10 overs.

Half way through, Ajman Alubond looked down and out. However, the whole picture changed when the openers of Ajman came in to bat. Asif Khan and Abdul Shakoor collected 79 runs for the 1st wicket and ignited a strong hope amongst the Ajman camp. The game was evenly poised in the death overs when Ameer Hamza smashed 23 off just 7 deliveries to take Ajman home by 8 wickets with 4 balls to spare.
