Sri Lanka scored an impressive 150-9 in the circumstances , but it could have been a lot more as they were going along at 10 runs an over from the start. However, some great bowling from Adil Rashid 4-35 and Tom Curran 3-17 stopped the flow of runs and kept Sri Lanka below a target of 8 runs an over for the England batsmen.
In reply, England cruised to victory by 7 wickets with Morgan top scoring with 58 runs and he was ably supported by Jason Roy and Ben Stokes 36*, who is looking like he is getting back to his old form once again.
England are now 2-0 up in the 5 match series, with 2 games to play.
