Player Reaction

England bowler Katherine Brunt on BBC TV: "I didn't think I'd be playing at this age, but year on year if I still feel good and still delivery I thought 'why not' you're a long time retired. As long as I feel good in body and mind - which Covid is making difficult - I'll keep going.

"At the end of the day Shafali Verma is a brilliant player. I could be her mother, but she's opening the batting for India. It means a lot to me, every wicket for England means a lot to me. Just because she's young doesn't mean she's not in this competition and I think we're about even. It was more of a message to people on social media - it was about stop playing her down, she's very good at what she does. It wasn't towards her, it was towards others. Just enjoy the content."

Player of the match Danni Wyatt on BBC TV: "I'm really pleased with the way it went tonight. It was a really nice wicket. I thought our bowlers bowled well to restrict them to that total. I just batted sensible, and played to my strengths. I love nights like tonight and to get a series win just makes it even better.

"I was told by the batting coach to just give myself some time, give myself a chance. I didn't think too much after that.

"I hit extra cover quite a lot tonight, and just hit to my strengths. They tend to go really wide to me, and I just tried to hit it as hard as I could. I'm really pleased with how it's gone tonight, and it's about time."
