First IPL Qualifier Postponed

The first Indian Premier League 2014 Qualifier between the Kings XI Punjab and the Kolkata Knight Riders has been postponed due to rain in Kolkata.

The two sides will try again at Eden Gardens tomorrow (28th May) at 4pm local time.

The winner will qualify for the final directly while the loser will play the team that wins the second qualifier between the Chennai Super Kings and the Mumbai Indians.

That game is scheduled for tomorrow at Mumbai's Brabourne Stadium at 8pm local time and also has a reserve day lined up should the pitch be unplayable.

Postponed to 28th May, 4pm local time (11:30am BST)

Reserve Day: 29th May, 4pm local time (11.30am BST)

Eliminator, 30th May, Wankhede Stadium, Loser Qualifier 1 v Winner Qualifier 2, 8pm local time (3.30pm BST)

Final, 1st June, M Chinnaswamy Stadium, 8pm local time (3.30pm BST)
