Alex Grainger scored more runs than any amateur has managed in this week's John Smith's North Lancashire and Cumbria League Premier Division.
He made 169 for Cockermouth against Haverigg in a one-sided match that leaves them in third place in the table, 36 points behind leaders Furness, who lead Workington in second place.
Cockermouth scored 314 for three declared before bowling Haverigg out for 89 while Furness slumped to 48 all out to lose to Cleator by 96 runs as Workington beat Keswick by eight wickets to reduce the gap at the top to 29 points.
Lindal Moor lead Ulverston by ten points in Division One after both teams won this weekend.
