This was a high scoring game like no other you will see. Batting first, Vancouver Knights were given a smashing start as they reached 50 just couple of balls after the five-over mark.
It was a rare match in which no batsman had a failure and all of them found the fence on a consistent basis. Chris Gayle (45), Chadwick Walton (30), Rassie van der Dussen (39) and Shoaib Malik (28 ) were the main contributors in Vancouver Knights' 208-run score.
All Winnipeg Hawks' bowlers went for runs, with only Umar Ghani and JP Duminy managing an economy rate of under 10. Skipper Rayad Emrit, who picked up three wickets, also gave away 40 runs from his four overs.
