Hot Spot - ODI series and England's summer in review - Cricket World TV

In their final Cricket World TV Hot Spot show of the summer, John Pennington and Rob Johnston reflect on Australia's 3-2 One-Day International series win over England and the summer as a whole.

They begin by reviewing the five-match ODI series, which Australia took by beating England in the decisive fifth and final game at Old Trafford, after England had fought back from 2-0 down to level the series.

The pair pick out key moments in the series, including giving their thoughts on the dismissal of Ben Stokes for obstructing the field at Lord's and ponder whether James Taylor's century at Old Trafford could prove to be a huge breakthrough for him at international level.

On to the final match, and they try to decide whether it was one game too far for England, excellent Australian bowling or a combination of both that contributed to a comprehensive win.

Then they pick out some of their highlights of the summer with Rob picking two Test highlights and JP offering a couple of ODI highlights.
