India were all out for 367 in their first innings and then followed a complete collapse by the WIndies in their 2nd innings - all out for 127 - mainly due to some fine bowling by Umesh Yadav 4-17 and Ravindra Jadeja 3-12.
That left India just 72 runs to win, which the openers KL Rahul and Prithvi Shaw hit off in just 16.1 overs.
India took the two match series 2-0.
