India Women trounce Nepal Women by 99 runs

After a collective effort helped India Women post 120 for five in their innings, the bowlers dismissed Nepal Women for just 21 in 16.3 overs to ensure a 99-run victory in the 13th game of ACC's Asia Cup in Bangkok.
Nepal won the toss and elected to field first. Sabbhineni Meghana (4) fell early but Vellaswamy Vanitha (21) and Anuja Patil (16) provided some stability.
A brilliant innings from Shikha Pandey (39 not out) and useful contributions from Nuzwat Parween (13) and Harmanpreet Kaur (14 not out) ensured India reached 120 for five in the 20 overs.
In their chase, Nepal hardly found any momentum with the top scorer of the innings being Sarita Sagar (6). They were dismissed for just 21 in 16.3 overs with Poonam Yadav (3-9) being the pick of the bowlers.
Pandey was awarded the player of the match for her responsible innings. India are already into the finals after winning all the five games.
