IPL 2020: Quinton, Surya star in Mumbai win
Mumbai Indians registered an impressive five wicket win over Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League at the Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi on Sunday night.
After opting to bat Delhi Capitals posted 162 for four in their 20 overs. The star of the show for Capitals was their opener Shikhar Dhawan (69 n.o.: 52b, 6x4, 1x6). He shared a crucial 85 run third wicket stand with captain Shreyas Iyer (42: 33b, 5x4) which revived the innings. Thereafter, Delhi struggled to finish strongly. The best bowler for Mumbai was Krunal Pandya (2-26).
Later, Mumbai in their chase were well served by Quinton de Kock (53: 36b, 4x4, 3x6) and Suryakumar Yadav (53: 32b, 6x4, 1x6). Yadav shared an important 53 run third wicket stand with Ishan Kishan (28). Towards the end Kieron Pollard and Krunal Pandya applied finishing touches to the chase.
For Delhi the best bowler was Kagiso Rabada (2-28).
