Ireland Tour of Bangladesh, 2023 - Squads, Fixtures and All you need to know
Ireland are touring Bangladesh to participate in an All Format face off starting on the 18th of March, 2023.
Top Tournament Stats - Ireland Tour of Bangladesh, 2023
There will be three ODI's played during the tour, the first of which will be played on the 18th of March. The third and the Final ODI of the series will be played on the 23rd of March 2023.
After the completion of ODI's, both teams will face each other in the T20I's, the first of which will take place on the 27th of March. The third T20I will be held on the 31st of March. The solitary Test will be played from the 4th of April until 8th of April.
Tamim Iqbal will be leading the Bangladesh side for the ODI's against Ireland. Bangladesh's veteran middle order batter Mahmudullah has been rested from the ODI's. Zakir Hasan will be making his debut in the ODI's while Yasir Ali, Nasum Ahmed have returned back to the squad.
Ireland have opted for a very strong squad for the ODI leg with the likes of Harry Tector, Lorcan Tucker and Paul Stirling in the frame. The young bowling sensation Joshua Little has also been added to the squad and he will look to leave a big impression on the tour of Bangladesh.
Both Bangladesh and Ireland are in terrific form currrently and it is expected to be a very competitive series.
