England and Lancashire Cricket legend James Anderson has extended his deal with Thomas Cook Sport as the brand ambassador for a further two years and to celebrate, Thomas Cook Sport have launched a fan engagement campaign, #JIMMYDOES.

Thomas Cook Sport offer a wide array of products and experiences across a number of sports so to help showcase the full range, the #JIMMYDOES campaign will allow fans across social media to vote on what sport they want to see Jimmy take part in. Whatever the public decide, one lucky supporter will join Jimmy as he takes on his sporting challenge.

Launching today, the first vote of the year pits the LTA vs the PDC. Fans can vote now to see Anderson attempt to master tennis with the LTA, or learn from the pro’s at the PDC before a Premier League darts night. Fans can vote via social media by using #JIMMYDOES, followed by the choice of either Darts or Tennis.

James Anderson, commented: “I’m delighted to continue my relationship with Thomas Cook Sport for a further two years. The #JIMMYDOES campaign is a fantastic opportunity for fans, but also allows me to experience a few new sports in 2018. Whether it’s darts or tennis, I’m a competitive person, so I want the supporter’s and pro’s to bring their ‘a-game’!”

Rob Slawson, Head of Thomas Cook Sport, said: “We’re very excited to announce this campaign, we’ve loved working alongside Jimmy and we’re delighted to be continuing our partnership. We have such a wide range of sporting products and experiences, who better to sample what we offer than one of our nation’s most successful sportsmen?

“Fans need to get voting to decide what Jimmy takes on first, but either way, I’m sure he’ll unearth some more hidden sporting talents!”
