KKR beat Kings XI Punjab by 7 wickets to stay in with a chance of play offs
Kolkata Knight Riders won the toss and decided to bowl against Kings XI Punjab at the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium, Mohali, Chandigarh today in the IPL.

Result - Kolkata Knight Riders won by 7 wickets
Batting first, Kings XI Punjab scored a competitive 183 - 6 mainly thanks to a wonderful knock from Sam Curran 55*, at the death (scoring 22 off the last over) and Nicholas Pooran 48 - Sandeep Warrier 2-31 was the pick of the bowlers for KKR.
In reply, Kolkata Knight Riders scored 185 – 3, with 2 overs left in the tank, winning by 7 wickets - Chris Lynn 46, Shubman Gill 65* the main run getters but all the batsmen that batted contributing to their win.
