Salim Parvez Live from Lord's - Shadab Khan is into the attack with BD 92-3 after 21 overs. BD 100 has come in the 23rd over. At the half way stage after 25 overs, the score has reached 115-3 and the required run rate has gone above 8.  Shakib has brought up his fifty off 62 balls and has 5 fours to his name. He has had a remarkable run  in the World Cup and could well end up as Man of the Tournament. He has lost Liton Das and now it is Shakib vs. Pakistan. Asking run-rate creeping up as Mahmudullah arrives at the crease.

Pakistan 1/12, Bangladesh 7/1

Salim Parvez Live from Lord's - Struggling to get his touch, Tamim was beaten by the slower ball  by Shaheen Afridi as BD are 48-2 in the 11th over.  The dismissal of Mushfiqur Rahim, in the 18th over is a serious setback for BD as Pakistan start to take control of this game. All eyes, not for the first time on Shakib as BD have lost its third wicket on 78, and he is the key man to determine the outcome of this World Cup fixture.

Salim Parvez Live from Lord's - After Sarkar's rapid 22 off 22 balls, the two experienced Bangladesh left-handers - Tamim Iqbal and Shakib Al Hasan - are up for the challenge. Sarkar was dropped at first slip by Haris off Amir, before getting caught off the same bowler at point. A just reward for the bowler. BD have made a positive reply and should be a good contest. Shaheen has bowled one impressive over. Off-spinner Hafeez has been called on to bowl five in the first powerplay

PAKISTAN INNINGS - Score and Prediction Updates

Pakistan 315-9 (50 Overs)

Salim Parvez Live from Lord's..Imam's hundred has come off 99 balls with 7 fours in the 42nd over. Pakistan going well but they seem to be content with beating Bangladesh, as improving net run-rate to overcome New Zealand hurdle was simply out of its reach, for that matter no team in the world could have attained that goal. Imam has trod on to his wicket for a run-a-ball 100 to his name. Hafeez has once again thrown away his wicket to a sweep, completely ignorant of the long leg-side boundary, having hit 27 off 25 balls. Pakistan will struggle to reach 300 after losing Hafeez at 248 in the 43rd over. Haris too has holed out in the deep. A straight drive from Imad has hit Sarfraz Ahmed, at the non-striker's end, on his right arm. He needed attention from the physio, faced few balls before deciding to retire hurt. Pakistan are 267-5 with 5 overs to go and Imad has hit the first six of the innings whilst dispatching Saifuddin over long-on in the 47th over. 300- has arrived in 48.4 overs as Imad has a good measure of the bowling in hitting 43 off 26 balls. BD has captured seven wickets in the final powerplay and conceded 85 runs with Mustafizur (5-75) and Saifuddin (3-77) sharing the spoils.

Pakistan  230-2  (40 overs)

Salim Parvez Live from Lord's - The run rate has picked up a bit. Babar has asked a review on 96 when hit by a fuller length delivery. Babar only faced 98 balls and hit 11 fours, including two boundaries before his dismissal. 200 of the innings has come up in 35.2 overs. Imam has started to found the boundary and his innings could propel to a score that is 300 plus. He has added a straight lofted boundary to his name whilst going into the 90s. He is unbeaten on 96 after batting for 40 overs. 50-run stand between Imam and Hafeez has needed 48 balls.

Pakistan 197-2 (35 Overs) - Projected Score 287(6\/over) 302(7\/over) 317(8\/over)

Mr Predictor -  says Next Man Out - Imam-ul-Haq - Caught

Match Winner 2 way  Bangladesh   Pakistan

Pakistan 163-1 (30 overs) - Projected Score 263(5/over) 283(6/over) 303(7/over)

Salim Parvez Live from Lord's - Pakistan batsmen have not shown any intent of picking up the run rate. Both Imam and Babar are just happy with this steady pace and the 100 has taken 21.3 overs with only 6 fours and at this rate, Pakistan are going nowhere. No boundary has been hit for 10 overs before Babar pounces on one of off Musaddek to reach 50 off 62 balls. At the half stage Pakistan has reached 115-1, at least 100 runs below its required target to improve its net run-rate. Imam's fifty has arrived off 52 balls in the 27th over. Wicket-keeper Mushfiqur Rahim has taken a blow on his knee whilst keeping to Mosaddek in the same over.150 has arrived in 29.2 overs and at the end of 30 overs, Imam is on 57 and Babar with three fours in an over on 86.

Mr Predictor -  says Next Man Out - Imam-ul-Haq - Caught

Pakistan 137-1 (27 overs) - Projected Score 252(5/over) 275(6/over) 298(7/over)

50 up for Imam-ul-Haq....

Pakistan 111-1 (24 overs) - Projected Score 241(5\/over) 267(6\/over) 293(7\/over)

Mr Predictor -  says Next Man Out - Imam-ul-Haq - Caught

50 up for Babar Azam.....

Pakistan 94-1 (20 overs) - Projected Score 244(5\/over) 274(6\/over) 304(7\/over)

Salim Parvez Live from Lord's - The first powerplay has only yielded 38 runs and both Imam and Babar will need to shift a gear to give Pakistan any chance of scoring heavily. Mehidy's opening spell of five overs was only worth 9 runs. Pakistan batsmen have a dilemma - to either bat for this match or still have a dream of getting into the semi-final and go hell for leather. Babar is looking his normal self, quite fluent. Pakistan's 50 came up in 12.1 overs and the 50-run stand for the second wicket in 48 balls. At the end of 15 overs - the score stood at 72-1. Good going but Pakistan need much much more. Hydration break is taken at 84-1 after 15 overs. At the end of 20 overs, Imad has 34 and Babar has 42 to his name.

Pakistan 82-1 (17 overs) - Projected Score 247(5\/over) 280(6\/over) 313(7\/over)

Mr Predictor -  says Next Man Out - Imam-ul-Haq - Caught

Method of Dimissal 6-Way - Caught

Pakistan 64-1 (14 overs) - Projected Score 244(5/over) 280(6/over) 316(7/over)

Mr Predictor -  says Next Man Out - Imam-ul-Haq - Caught

Method of Dimissal 6-Way - Caught

Pakistan 49-1 (12 overs) - Projected Score 202(4/over) 240(5/over) 278(6/over)

Salim Parvez Live from Lord's - Given its slim chance to enter the semi-finals, batting first was an obvious choice for Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed. An almost impossible equation was on the minds for openers - Fakhar Zaman and Imam-ul-Haq - provide the team with a platform to reach an improbable total of 400 and then see their bowlers dismiss Bangladesh for 84 runs - BD have opened with off-spinner Mehidy Hasan Miraz along with seamer Saifuddin and are showing good qualities in the field. Pakistan fans expecting a blaze of boundaries have been treated with a cautious start. Fakhar has slashed a wide ball to the point fielder and that will be the end of World Cup for him. The Lord's ground is filling up but still not quite full house.

Fall Of Wickets: 1-23 (Fakhar Zaman, 7.2 Ov)

Mr Predictor - says Next Man Out - Fakhar Zaman
