The International Cricket Council (ICC) has confirmed which umpires and match referees will be taking charge of the semi-finals of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011.
Steve Davis and Aleem Dar will stand during the clash between New Zealand and Sri Lanka and the India-Pakistan match will be overseen by Simon Taufel and Ian Gould.
Chris Broad will be the match referee for the first semi-final with Ranjan Madugalle taking over for the second game.
The full list of appointments is as follows:
29 March – Sri Lanka v New Zealand, Colombo
Chris Broad (match referee), Steve Davis and Aleem Dar (both on-field), Marais Erasmus (third umpire), Billy Doctrove (fourth umpire)
30 March – India v Pakistan, Mohali
Ranjan Madugalle (match referee), Simon Taufel and Ian Gould (both on-field), Billy Bowden (third umpire), Rod Tucker (fourth umpire)
