Middlesex win by 70 runs against Kent in South Group One Day Cup

Middlesex won the toss and decided to bat first at Radlett Cricket Club, Radlett. Paul Stirling 125 was the mainstay of the Middlesex batting and was well supported by Nick Gubbins 23, Stevie Eskinazi  31 and latterly Eoin Morgan 50 which enabled Middlesex to reach a creditable total of 313-9. Calum Haggett and Matt Henry were the pick of the Kent bowlers taking 3 wickets apiece.

 Kent – 243 (Heino Kuhn 90, Daniel Bell-Drummond 44; Tom Helm 4-49)

Result - Middlesex won by 70 runs

Kent struggled from the start and  some wonderful bowling from Tom Helm 4-49 reduced Kent to 243 all out.
