Batting first, Mumbai Indians put on a par score of 168-5 with Krunal Pandya 37*, Quinton De Kock 35, Hardik Pandya 32 and Rohit Sharma 30 all putting in a performance - Kagiso Rabada 2-38, Axar Patel 1-18 and Amit Mishra 1-18 were the wicket takers for Delhi Capitals.
In reply, some great bowling from Rahul Chahar 3-19, Jasprit Bumrah 2-18 and Krunal Pandya 1-7 kept Delhi Capitals in check in the run chase any they fell 40 runs short - Shikhar Dhawan 35 top scoring.
