Nelson Mandela Bay Giants won the toss and decided to bowl at the New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg against the Jozi Stars today in the 2nd match of the Mzansi Super League 2018.

Nelson Mandela Bay Giants 127-5 ( Ben Duckett 75; Beuran Hendricks 2-13, Eddie Leie 2-25)
Result – Nelson Mandela Bay Giants won by 5 wickets
Batting first, the Jozi Stars scored a below par 124-7, Dane Vilas top scoring 38 not out. Earlier, Chris Gayle 23 had got them off to reasonable start. However, some tight bowling restricted the batsmen’s flow of runs and the Jozi stars ended up with 124-7. JJ Smuts 3-20 was the pick of the Giants bowlers.
In reply, the Giants chased down the runs in 18 overs with 5 wickets to spare. Ben Duckett hit 75 for the Giants and Beuran Hendricks 2-13 and Eddie Leie 2-25 were the pick of the Jozi Stars bowlers.
