Namibia Global T20 2022 - Squads, Fixtures and All you need to know

Cricket Namibia is set to host an inaugural Global T20 League starting on the 1st of September 2022 with Richelieu Eagles and DP World Lions locking horns against one another.

The final T20 of Namibia Global T20 will be played on the 5th of September.

After the Namibia Global T20 will be over, Lahore Qalandars will play 2 One day matches against Namibia side starting on the 7th September. The second one day match will be played on the 9th of September 2022.

Cricket Namibia will be hosting representative squads of Franchises from Pakistan and South Africa. There are 3 teams participating in the competition namely DP World Lions, Lahore Qalandars and Richelieu Eagles. Another team (Bengal state team from India) was supposed to be added to the mix. However, BCCI denied the permission to Bengal team for participating in the competition.

A total number of 7 matches will be played during the Namibia Global T20 competition followed by two one day matches between Lahore Qalandars and Richelieu Lions. All of the matches will be played at the Wanderers Cricket Ground, Windhoek.
