Nepal beat Uganda by 62 runs to win ICC World Cricket League Division Three and both sides have earned promotion to ICC World Cricket League Division Two, which will be played in Namibia in January.
Bermuda and the United States of America have been relegated to Division Four while Malaysia and Singapore remain in Division Three following this year's tournament in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Half-centuries from Sagar Pun (64), Gyanendra Malla (56) and Naresh Budhaayer (51) set them on course for victory as they were bowled out for 223 in 49.5 overs.
Roger Mukusa gave his side a shot at victory with a haul of six for 27.
However, despite his own innings of 51, the rest of the batsmen did not step up and were bowled out for 161 in 44.1 overs to hand Nepal a comprehensive win.
In the third/fourth place play-off, Malaysia scored a seven-wicket win over Malaysia as Suhan Alagaratnam's 101 helped them chase down a target of 170 in 32.2 overs.
Pavandeep Singh had earlier taken three for 43 as Singapore were bowled out for 169.
Bermuda crashed to a 10-wicket defeat to USA after being dismissed for just 113 in 19.3 overs. Adil Bhatti and Usman Shuja took three wickets apiece before USA's batsmen raced home in 15.2 overs.
Openers Fahad Babar (63 not out) and Bhatti (52 not out) closed on 118 without loss.
