The Netherlands and Zimbabwe men’s cricket XI will face each other in two ODI’s and two T20I’s between 19 and 25 June 2019.

The two ODI’s on Wednesday 19th and Friday 21st June will count towards the ICC MRF Tyres ODI ranking. Both matches take place at the Salland Cricket Club in Deventer. Start time both days is 11:00 hrs.

The venue for the two T20I’s on Sunday 23 and Tuesday 25 June is VOC cricket club in Rotterdam. Both matches are in the afternoon: Sunday 23rd at 15:00 hrs, Tuesday’s start is 17:30 hrs. 

Free admission on all four days.

The last time the two countries met in an official ODI was during the 2003 World Cup; Zimbabwe won that encounter by 99 runs. During the ICC World T20 in India in 2014 Zimbabwe also beat The Netherlands, this time by 5 wickets.

Pieter Seelaar (capt.), Max O’Dowd, Scott Edwards, Tobias Visée, Ben Cooper, Bas de Leede, Wesley Barresi, Roelof van der Merwe, Paul van Meekeren, Fred Klaassen, Viv Kingma, Brandon Glover, Saqib Zulfiqar.

Staff: Ryan Campbell (Head Coach), James Hilditch (Asst. Coach), Trevor Penney (Asst. Coach).

It is Glover’s debut in the Netherlands squad. He plays for Voorburg CC (Top League).
