Tasmania won the toss and decided to bowl at the North Sydney Oval, Sydney today against New South Wales in the JLT Cup.

New South Wales 239 (Jack Edwards 67; Gurinder Sandhu 4-42)

Tasmania 151 (Sean Abbott 5-43)

Result - New South Wales win by 88 runs

Batting first, New South Wales scored a below par 239 against some good bowling by, in particular, Gurinder Sandhu 4-42.

In reply, Tasmania were undone by Sean Abbott 5-43 and Daniel Sams 2-27 and were bowled out for just 151 in 31.3 overs.
