Kabul Zwanan have won three out of their six matches while Kandahar Knights have managed to win only one out of five games.
Kabul Zwanan's last match will be remembered for Hazratullah Zazai's six sixes in an over. Zazai became the first Afghanistan player to achieve this feat. He also equalled the world record of the fastest half century in T20, getting there in just 12 balls.
Propelled by Chris Gayle's 80-run knock, the Balkh legends posted a mammoth 245-run target against Kabul. In reply, openers Luke Ronchi and Hazratullah Zazai gave hope but the total was too big to be achieved. The two openers remain the side's main batsmen followed by Colin Ingram and Laurie Evans.
Kandahar Knights, on the other hand, are coming off a lifting win against Nangarhar Leopards. Helped by some lower order contributions, they were able to reach a score of 138. The Leopards fell like nine pins, folding up for 110.
Brendon McCullum, Asghar Afghan and Riki Wessels are their star batsmen while Karim Janat and Mohammad Naveed are the strike bowlers.
Here are the probable playing XIs for both teams.
