Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United are the two teams to have already qualified for the PSL 2023 knockout matches. Islamabad United beat Quetta Gladiators by a narrow margin of two wickets in their last match to qualify for the last four for the 7th time in 8 years.

Multan Sultans are also expected to get through even if they win one of their remaining three games. With Quetta Gladiators not really in the race anymore, it will be a two-way tussle between Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings to make the playoffs.

Mohammad Rizwan has been leading the run-scoring charts in the Pakistan Super League 2023.
