Siddle was released from duties with the Australian Test squad in Canberra to rejoin his Strikers teammates after missing Thursday night’s victory over Hobart in Launceston.
The 34-year-old replaces paceman Billy Stanlake in the 13-player squad.
The Strikers, currently sixth on the tournament table, must win their two remaining matches at Adelaide Oval and rely on other results to qualify for finals.
The squad will wear special playing shirts designed by South Australian based Indigenous artists Mel Agius and Colleen Strangways to recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island heritage and culture in both matches.
Adelaide will name its final XI at the bat flip prior to play.
