People took to the streets, memorial services and Twitter in remembrance for the past, present and fallen heroes.
Whoever and wherever, people from all over the world joined together for Remembrance Day, and many are featured in this week's round-up of our favourite tweets and pictures from the last seven days.
In Sydney, the England players weren't having the best of weather as the Ashes preparations continued, but we have featured behind the scenes pictures, shots of rain around Sydney and training in the nets.
At club level it was presentation evenings for some and bonfire nights for others.
Plenty of clubs and players are celebrating their awards, achievements and looking ahead to next season.
And remember, because we have featured so many tweets and images, you may have to click on the Read Next Page button at the bottom of the page to find yours.
