India Legends won the toss and decided to field against Sri Lanka legends who scored 138-8 off their 20 Overs with Tillakaratne Dilshan 23, Chamara Kapugedera 23 and Romesh Kaluwitharana 21 top scoring and Munaf Patel 4-19 the star with the ball for India Legends.

In reply, India Legends got home with 8 balls to spare, scoring 139-5  in 18.4 Overs with Mohammad Kaif 46 and  Irfan Pathan 57* the wizards with the williow and Chaminda Vaas 2-5 and Sachithra Senanayake 1-19 the main wicket takers for Sri Lanka legends.
