Saeed Ajmal Set To Test Remodelled Action
Pakistan off-spinner Saeed Ajmal will head to England where he will have his remodelled bowling action tested at the newly-accredited facilities at Loughborough.
Ajmal was suspended from bowling in international cricket after his action was deemed to be illegal in September.
He was reported during Pakistan's tour of Sri Lanka in August.
He has since been working with Saqlain Mushtaq to develop a legal bowling action and he will undergo "unofficial" tests on 10th November.
"During his brief stay in England post testing, Ajmal will also work with Saqlain Mushtaq," the Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed.
The facilities at Loughborough's National Academy were given ICC-approved status last month.
Ajmal must have his action officially tested, and passed, before he will be allowed to bowl in international cricket again.
