The end overs were completely dominated by the Jamaica skipper, who notched his third consecutive half-century and was equally well supported by Rovman Powell (43) with his 26 ball knock that had three sixes and two boundaries as they posted 157 for five in the 20 overs.

Thomas (3-31) sent Chris Gayle (0) back in the third ball of the innings but Evin Lewis (30) with his 17 ball cameo kept Patriots in the chase. However, once Lewis fell the innings well apart with Thomas and Santokie (3-10) picking three wickets apiece as Jamaica bowled out Patriots for 116 runs to complete a 41 run victory.
