South Africa Women overcame spirited efforts from Sharmin Akhter and Rumana Ahmed to secure a thrilling 17-run win against Bangladesh Women in the second One-Day International in Cox's Bazar.

After Odine Kirsten and Marcia Letsoalo shared seven wickets between them to dismiss Bangladesh Women for just 68, Lizelle Lee scored a blistering 19-ball 37 to ensure South Africa Women chased down the total in 10 overs with eight wickets in hand in the fifth and final One-Day International in Cox's Bazar.

After a spirited 79 from Mignon du Preez allowed South Africa Women post 251 for seven, a collective effort from the bowlers saw them dismiss Bangladesh Women to 157, thereby winning the third One-Day International in Cox's Bazar by 94 runs to claim the series 3-1.

An all-round effort from South Africa Women saw them restrict Bangladesh Women to 165 for six in a chase of 252 to secure a comfortable 86-run win in the first One-Day International in Cox's Bazar.
