Shane Watson ruled out of BPL 2017
Dhaka Dynamites will miss the services of former Australian all-rounder Shane Watson in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League 2017 due to an injury.
The 36-year-old sustained the blow while playing for his local club Sutherland ahead of the tournament and it has been confirmed that Watson will not feature in the tournament.
However, Watson is unlikely to miss the opening game of the upcoming Big Bash League tournament where he captains Sydney Thunder franchise.
Meanwhile, Dhaka Dynamites have replaced Watson with West Indies all-rounder Kieron Pollard for their campaign which started with a win and a defeat apiece in the two games.
Dhaka Dynamites are scheduled to take on Sylhet Sixers next in the 10th game of the tournament at Shere Bangla National Stadium on Saturday.
