Shawn Flegler on Australia squad for Commonwealth Bank Tour New Zealand
Shawn Flegler, Cricket Australia’s Female High Performance Manager and National Selector, addressed the media today after the announcement of a 17-player squad for the Commonwealth Bank Tour of New Zealand.
Flegler discussed the inclusion of young fast bowlers Darcie Brown and Hannah Darlington in the squad and the experience they will gain on their first Australian tour.
Australia will take on New Zealand in three Twenty20 Internationals from March 28, before the coveted Rose Bowl Trophy goes on the line in three One-Day Internationals from April 4.
