Trade Nation announce they will be main shirt sponsors for Somerset CCC
Online trading platform Trade Nation are excited to announce that they will be the main shirt sponsors for Somerset County Cricket Club’s T20 and the T20 live stream for the second year running.
The shirt, which will be worn by the team for this season's T20 competition, will be available to purchase throughout the season from May.
Trade Nation are proud to continue to support Somerset County Cricket Club in its efforts to win this year's T20, after last year’s final appearance. As part of the partnership, Trade Nation will attend all home games and will support and facilitate competitions and giveaways throughout the season, including the popular ‘Trade In Trade Out’ and ‘Stream in Style’. The trading services provider will also continue to support local charities with £50 per six and £150 for each out-of-grounder hit.
For the past two years, Trade Nation and Somerset County Cricket Club have worked together to bring cheer to Somerset’s thousands of members and supporters, while also raising awareness for Trade Nation’s uniquely open and transparent approach to trading the markets. Since then, Trade Nation has donated thousands of pounds to a number of local Somerset Charities (Children's Hospital South West; Portishead RNLI; Somerset Disability: VI & Super 1s Cricket; St Margaret’s Hospice Care; Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance; and Devon Air Ambulance) which were all picked by the players before each match. Both parties are looking forward to expanding upon their philanthropic work this season.
“Trade Nation’s partnership with Somerset CCC has been immensely rewarding and we’re incredibly excited to build further on the great results we’ve had over the past two years,” said Trade Nation CEO Stuart Lane. “We are eager and excited to see the new T20 shirts on the field soon, and support Somerset Cricket Club throughout the season.”
SCCC Commercial Director Caroline Herbert is looking forward to the continuation of this outstanding partnership: “It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Trade Nation during the last two years,” she said. “We are thrilled with the new shirts, and look forward to the forthcoming events that we have planned with Trade Nation.”
