Somerset 211 ( Peter Trego 74, James Hildreth 35; Craig Miles 3-31)
Gloucestershire 39-0 (Chris Dent 29*)
Result - Match abandoned
It was tough going for Somerset batsmen with only Peter Trego 74 and James Hildreth 35 helping them to 211 all out. Craig Miles 3-31 was the pick of the Gloucestershire bowlers.
The run chase started well for the Gloucestershire batsmen, however, at 39-0 and Chris Dent 29*, they were rained off after six overs .
Somerset all-rounder Peter Trego, who scored 74, commented after the match:
"We got out of jail, but the real positive from our point of view is that we can still qualify and we haven't played anything like our best cricket in the competition so far.”
