Sophie Devine put on an incredible display for home fans today, making 99 not out and then smashing 16 off three balls to clinch victory in super over.

The Strikers set their highest rebel WBBL total at Karen Rolton Oval against the Hobart Hurricanes (5/189), with Devine and Tahlia McGrath leading the charge with the bat.

McGrath found her form, hitting her highest WBBL total of 63 off just 42 balls.

Needing three from the last ball to seal her century, Devine managed just two, but the humble New Zealander was not concerned about personal milestones.

A brilliant display from Smriti Mandhana in reply saw the Indian powerhouse belt 50 from just 22 balls, finally being caught behind on 52.

Georgia Redmayne's 54 not out got the Hurricanes to 8/189, after she found the boundary needed on the final ball to secure the super over.

Sarah Coyte took the ball for the home side, with the Hurricanes finishing their super over on 1/12.

The Strikers needed 13 to win from their super over, however only three balls were required, with Devine crunching two sixes and a four from the first three deliveries.

The Strikers will take on the Hurricanes again tomorrow in Adelaide at Karen Rolton Oval from 1:40pm. Entry is free and the match will be live-streamed on cricket.com.au and via the CA Live app.
