South Africa won the toss and decided to bowl at the Diamond Oval, Kimberley today in the 1 st ODI against Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwe 117 (Lungi Ngidi 3-19, Imran Tahir 2-23)
Result - South Africa won by 5 wickets

Batting first, Zimbabwe were bowled out for just 117, Lungi Ngidi 3-19 and Imran Tahir 2-23 the pick of the South African bowlers.
South Africa, in reply, completed the run chase in just over 26 overs with 5 wickets to spare. Although some great bowling by Wellington Masakadza 2-26 and Tendai Chatara 2-12 did keep Zimbabwe hopes alive at times.
