
South Africa come back hard against Australia to take ODI series 2-1
Australia won the toss and decided to bowl against South Africa today, at the Blundstone Arena, Hobart. It was a decision that they would later regret as Faf du Plessis 125 and David Miller 139 put on a record breaking 4th wicket partnership of 252.

Earlier, South Africa were in some trouble at 55-3 in the 16th over but Faf du Plessis 125 and David Miller 139 then came together and took the game away from hosts Australia.
In reply, Australia got off to poor start and at one stage were 39-3 in the 11th over, with three of the top order batsmen back in the pavilion. However, Australia fought back with Shaun Marsh 106 and Marcus Stoinis 63 and latterly Alex Carey 43 but it was in vain as South Africa won by 40 runs.
