South Africa are touring Australia to participate in 3 Test Matches starting on the 17th of December 2022.

Top Series Stats
The last time both these teams locked horns in a Test Match series was way back in 2018, where Australia were involved in a ball tampering incident that caused much shame and embarassment to the nation.
This is the first time since 2016 that South Africa are touring Australia. Both teams will be looking to give it their best performance in order to win the much anticipated series.
The first Test match will take place at The Gabba, Brisbane starting from 17th December. The second Test match is scheduled to be played from the 26th of December at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The third test match will begin on the 4th of January and it will be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
Steve Smith will be facing South Africa for the first time in a Test Match since the ball tampering incident - 'sandpaper-gate' in 2018.
According to him, "The cricket we've played over the last four and a half years we've played in the right way, we've been hard and played in the right spirit".
He added, "For us nothing changes, we're just going to continue to go about our business and hopefully play good, entertaining cricket."
