South Africa Women register massive 120-run win riding on Steyn century
South Africa Women 323-8 (Steyn 117) beat
Ireland Women 203-6 (Waldron 41) by 120 runs

Andrie Steyn slammed a brilliant century while Sune Luus supported with a 83-run knock as South Africa went on to pile 323 for eight following which Ayabonga Khaka led with a three-wicket haul to restrict Ireland to 203 for six, thereby claiming a massive 120 run victory in the 11th match of Women's Quadrangular Series in Potchefstroom.
South Africa won the toss and opted to bat first. The openers looked in no trouble as Steyn (117) and Luus (83) added a 209 run stand to lay a solid platform.
Luus fell 17 runs short of a century, also bringing an end to a 209 opening stand. Steyn completed her century and with cameos from Chloe Tryon (28) and Trisha Chetty (33), South Africa went on to post 323 for eight in the 50 overs.
In response, even though, Mary Waldron (41) started the innings positively, Ayabonga Khaka (3-15) struck thrice to reduce Ireland Women to 108 for three as from there on they never recovered and were restricted to 203 for six.
South Africa Women are positioned second and will lock horns with India Women in the final on 21st May.
